How do I join the Family Club?
When you make an Account or shop with Bright Star Kids, you can sign up for free. You just have to tick the Make An Account box.
Is it free to join?
Yes, it's completely free.
How do I earn points?
You'll automatically earn points when you shop, plus you can get bonus points for doing things like adding your birthday or signing up to our newsletter. It's super easy and you can track it all in our handy pop-up.
How do I redeem my points?
When you've earned over 500 points you'll be able to Redeem your points in the pop-up. Or you can wait for them to add up to a larger voucher.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
Unfortunately not. But if you have any questions about this please get in touch with our team and they'll be able to look into this in more detail for you.
